Good evening designers.

Tonight marks the final decision of who will become the second winner of Le Beau Monde.

First,

*APPLAUSE* to the final two: Kar-tastic and Enigmamoshi16. Both of you are fantastic designers and deserve to be here. Congratulations for making it this far.

Let's get down to work.

Kar-tastic: The collection was very you... trendy, youthful and positive. The judges thought that the pieces were all cohesive; the lightness (both in material and color) of each piece together conveyed your overall idea, peony. The illustrations were nice, however, we thought that there could have been more details drawn into each piece so your ideas could shine through more. There were really no egregious errors in terms of design conception, but on the other hand, nothing managed to blow us away. It could be because you intended to create a collection that seemed simple and ideal, and although you achieved that, your collection left us hoping for a little more. Stand outs were looks two, five, seven, and nine. In conclusion, though we doubt you took much of a risk, the judges thought you created a consistent collection.

Enigmamoshi16: Unlike Kari, your illustration was able to play to the benefit of your collection: detailed garments from head to toe. Unlike Kari, additionally, your collection had higher highs and lower lows. A magenta gown, georgette blouse, and black-and-white '40s ensemble were the highlights of the collection. Less convincing was a spacey corset dress cum bolero. The judges had difficulty fully understanding how the collection was cohesive: the proportions were all different, there was no evidence of a unified color palette, however there were recurrent details such as buttoned turtlenecking. Just some of us were baffled by the fact that a midriffed top with black skin-tight pant would belong in the same collection as your bourgeois black and white ensemble. Ultimately, the collection wasn't as consistent as Karis, however you were more risky and hence conceived a couple thought provoking looks.

by the end of tonight a final three will be decided. The three that are declared as "in" will continue under LBM's roof to DeviantArt Fashion Week. They will need to create a nine-piece collection that will be graded by LBM judges, who will then declare LBM's second winner.

*APPLAUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* Congratulations, Kar-tastic. You will be traveling to DeviantArt Fashion week as a LBM contestant. Best of luck formulating the collection.

Kar-tastic: You didn't state a theme of your collection... but it was cohesive anyway. To pin down what the judges think... we felt would be describing it to be country clubbish and Gatsbyesque. It had your chic-yet-positive looking uptown-Kari beat that the judges love. what your peers may have not fully developed is a strong yet intangible style that you, amongst other great designers in the world, possess without having to say a word.

As per the rest of you, well, let me first say that ALL OF YOU DID A GREAT JOB. The judges never had a more difficult judge-chat in the history of this season's competition, so you can pat yourselves on the back. The judges will be critical of you, but it doesn't mean that we're not proud of your progress. This week truly is picking out "the best" submissions, as opposed to other weeks where we simply had to choose "the worst".

Oipanda: It was very girly and positive... You were close to pulling off an overall intangible cohesiveness, yet what seems quarrelsome is the varying degree of sexy femininity versus demure femininity in the silhouettes. The near-knee sleeved dress on the right seems to jump away from its sexy sister look in the middle. And the one on the left seems just frothy and feminine. But in end... an unapologetic girliness to the collection bound everything together.
F0xr0x: The collection is cohesive.. that doesn't really even need discussion. The issue is the messiness in the pieces... take the leftmost dress perhaps. Is that slit really going all the way up the side of her thigh? And the swimsuit... lots of strips dots and colors, and paired with a pouffed tulle shawl. Indeed this was a united collection, but at such a critical time of dawn, the judges feel you didn't restrain yourself.
Enigmamoshi13: The gown... it's gorgeous. Vogue would melt all over it. The judges' queries lie within the other outfits... well the tops of them. The tops look pretty and colors are nice, but that's the only silhouette innovation you're putting into it? Everyone has seen the twist-bubble top and cross-strap top in their local easy-chic magazine. The judges are looking for the high fashion ready-to-wear and not the silhouettes that seem inexpensive. we're looking for the fashion you expressed in those pretty palazzo pants... and that gorgeous gown.
Bluecranberries: Unlike a lot of your peers, you did state the theme of the collection. The problem we found in yours is that each look didn't exactly have a binding essence. They look like clothing for different woman, not for a single woman that just shares the taste your circus inspired collection conveys. And whilst the mistakes, your talent does shine through (that pretty, sexy forties-esque swimsuit). But the gown... the gray-applied-to-nude color you chose and the fact that her belly-button is sticking out... for us it wasn't an Emmy winner.

So we're down to the final seven... congratulations in making it this far.

Your challenge was to sketch a draft that's of your own aesthetic, and then remake a draft given to you as so it matches that aesthetic.

F0xr0x: You remade the outfit and added a cooler flare... the vest is nice and spices up the more flurry, feminine top. And although this still isn't anything new that we have seen from you, you continue to impress. But only so much.
Enigmamoshi16: The bolero-like top was really cool, just the judges didn't entirely dig the look with the hair style and gown. Seemed a little too anime-Japanese and not necessarily uberwearable...

This leaves five on the runway.

Aniron-mornie: The judges saw that the garment composed of nicely stylized basic silhouettes... a tube is a tube. Unfortunately we've seen this from you before, the really short bolero paired with the tube (think challenge one) and we must confess our boredom to these constant permutations... The accessories were nice though.
Chudamerr: This looks... exactly... like the previous sketch Bluecranberries made. All the shapes are the same... just you added a hair accessory and changed the under-top to a lace decoration. There was no silhouette change... And how is this you, per se?
Kar-tastic: Frilly, minimalist, beautiful. You're a strong contestant and you never fail to impress the judges. Great accessorization, too.
Oipanda: It's so you! The colors, the fact that it doesn't take itself too seriously, yet remains effortlessly fashionable and chic. Excellent job.
Bluecranberries: It's not really anything new that we haven't seen from you... the corset accessorization over a simple shape... sound familiar? The overall look isn't bad... just we're nearing the end of the line in this competition.

I'll just say it now... it was a hard week for judgment. Everybody did at least a *good* job, while most did a great job. Deep-and-meaningless couldn't submit so she dropped out. And only one will leave tonight. Great job guys, and good luck.

Aniron-mornie: A smart, sophisticated solution to the challenge. The outfit belongs to the fedora, and the red-black-and-white palette, although common, is interesting.
F0xr0x: Excellent jacket silhouette, even if not entirely new. The beret looks as though it accessorizes the outfit well.

Chudamerr: Great silhouette! The entire design shouts cute and goes well with your cloche. Nitpicking, the sleeves on the white blouse seemed studenty, but the jacket was very resound.
Kar-tastic: This one took a while to grow on all the judges. If the train of thought in this inspiration could've been considered obsucred, our doubts were mitigated by the great accessorization and fresh look and silhouette.
Enigmamoshi16: This outfit eluded the judges. How was your outfit, or your hat, reminiscent of a Russian fur hat? Maybe the bolero was nice and the idea thoughtful, but was it with purpose? A mod body suit to describe a Russian fur hat?
Oipanda: Lean yet frothy and beautiful. It was a wonderful take on a "shower-cap" and the color inspiration impressed the judges.
Blueeyescrynomore: This is very minimally reminiscent of a turban. Yes, when you get down to it, its "wrapped" like a turban and has sunset colors, but if you take the ethnic model away and put the dress on a white blonde Russian, it would be a rather simple dress that *at best* would whisper Arabic inspired.
Bluecranberries: This outfit was just not flattering or enticing... and the eye blinds, although the fabric was transparent, seemed like a tired, cliche idea...

CRITIQUE

Blueeyescrynomore: Great silhouettes. You opted for a straight-forward, simple solution: If the jacket and skirt nodded towards the more effeminate, it was taken sporty with the pants and flats.
Oipanda: Great colors, accessorization and silhouettes. The furry things on the shoulders were distracting... but sporty chic was your look.
Bluecranberries: Like Blueeyes, you went for the straighter solution: Casual but interesting jacket-top over a chic, feminine dress that has beautiful gathering on the side.

Aniron-mornie: It's neat and chic with the colors. The belled hem at the bottom takes away... NOTICE FOR EVERYONE: Stop with the cheesy belling hems! IRL it wouldn't look like that.
Chudamerr: If "sporty chic" may have seemed blurred, accessorization and shape made this look stand out.
Enigmamoshi16: You were the highest scored "in." The judges weren't flipping about because of hair and accessorization, but the outfit was great.
Kar-tastic: This look was really cool and you nailed the sporty chic, however IRL a bright red silk duchesse suit wouldn't suit everyone.
F0xr0x: The glasses are a bit strange... The silhouettes are cool though. Sporty chic it is.

Jadexx: It wasn't your misunderstanding of the challenge that disarmed the judges. Moreso eluding was the look being a simple printed tubedress.
Deep-and-meaningless: The shapes were nice, but accessorization, stylization, and colors were pretty depressing...
Luai-lashire: The colors and shapes were kinda spacey and costumey... it looked more like a uniform than a sporty chic look.
Italygermanboy: The colors... everything was either black or bright green... what could've been a solid submission was made into a costumeish uniform.
Senakiss: An accessorized tubedress... and the "chic sportif" element was clouded...

CRITIQUE

Oipanda: Awesome silhouettes! The judges felt that the jumpsuit could've been paired with a chic-sportif outfit (let's say from Dries Van Noten or Marni) and hop right into a Vogue photoshoot. Although, the collaring seemed oblique...
Kar-tastic: It embodies the sophisticated minimalism that embodies Kari as a designer. Neat Asian undertones and cool accessories. Maybe the shape could've been more developed...

Deep-and-meaningless: The rural zest of this look was cute. The silhouettes weren't oh-my-god but the submission was definitely admissible.
Bluecranberries: It was couture-reminiscent and the judges were impressed... The poof pants, like those of some of your peers, "isn't there yet." But the idea is spot on.
Luai-lashire: And like Bluecranberries, a poof-pant *with* pockets wasn't the best of your choices. The shape of the bust and collaring is cool though...
F0xr0x: You had the highest score of all the "ins." It seemed maybe too reminiscent of McQueen's example that I gave on the site and the collar could've been more interesting, but this was a great look.
Blueeyescrynomore: Please stop submitting late...
Senakiss: The pieces individually are nice... really except the suit. The judges didn't appreciate how the suit was not the main event in this look.
Chudamerr: This looks an awful lot like a dress... but it's a suit (cause of the pants). And it's real pretty :).
Aniron-mornie: Nice colors! The silhouette and concept is a little undeveloped though... But a solid submission.
Enigmamoshi16: Also a very strong submission. The suit is great as are the accessories... the hair is what's questionable...

Leahhaunnshee: You didn't explain how this is you... it isn't really modern either... looks like a kimono with a very provocative front.
Jadexx: This was kinda nice, just this does NOT really look like a suit. Colors are REALLY bright... and that slit is very high.
Daiseddevil: Retro... from suit to accessorization... The silhouette is rather nice just it looks like something taken from a time capsule buried in the seventies... Maybe this just wasn't your week.
Italygermanboy: Honestly the judges were divided... but we all acknowledge that you'd be making excuse to call this an all-in-one... it's a tubedress sewn to a silk shirt and it doesn't morph into a jacket from bottom to top. Silhouette is really nice though... despite all the neutral colors.

You were asked to report a trend that's been occurring exclusively recently (at least since Fall 06'). You needed to make an outfit that represented that trend.

Unfortunately, Roxyguitarz and Katrinzzz were unable to complete the challenge. Hence twenty-one participated, and after tonight, seventeen will remain.

CRITIQUE

Bluecranberries: "Boring and unexceptional," would say some to this muter piece. Vogue would melt over this. A simpler dress with a hood and minimal adornment cinched with an absolutely gorgeous corset. And great accessories. Awesome.
Deep-and-meaningless: Colorful and fun. The accessories and stylization is perfect. And if the skirt's primary colors isn't for everyone, the dress is editorial and beautiful.
Kar-tastic: Another stunning performance... The dress was innovative and beyond pretty. The jacket can be given or taken, although the silhouette and buttons is also very cute.
Leahhaunnshee: This probably is one of the gowns of the LBM season. Timeless and beautiful. The "stardust" trend may not necessarily be exclusive to recent seasons but the dress was perfect.

Luai-lashire: The entire outfit was interesting as was the accessorization. The top hat secured enough Victoriana into your look. Judges agreed that the skirt seemed spacey with its rounded hem. You may have meant differently, but let's not make the judges imagine.
Oipanda: This would've been high if only the outfit bore more of a connection to the trend you picked. Nonetheless the outfit was a knockout.
Italygermanboy: This, like Oipanda, was very close to being scored "high." If the one-side-only pelt seemed unresolved, the rest of the outfit was chic and together.
Blueeyescrynomore: The outfit was trendy and pretty. The wedges are SO universal that it seems to be a more every-girl trend (such as Uggs) rather then a high fashion trend (such as feather usage).
Chudamerr: The outfit was gorgeous. The only issue is that you drew her in a position where the outfit wasn't 100% understood and accordingly came off as oddly unflattering. However the judges were still convinced.
Aniron-mornie: This was the best scored outfit of all the "ins." If the bubble seemed dangerously placed on her derriere, the entire look emitted romance and passion.
Enigmamoshi16: Styling and embroidery together seemed to age the look, however the silhouettes were strong and as well as cohesion to your theme.
Senakiss: The colorful undertop was bold and intriguing. The judges weren't utterly convinced with the paunchy grey sweater with a secret pocket. Either the way it was drawn or how it fell on the model made the outfit thickened her.
F0xr0x: The bubble was pretty as was the jacket, just it looks oddly unflattering (especially due to the way it was drawn). Maybe in real life it would work but you have to indicate it with accurate execution.

Semihmetin: The outfit was a real knockout, but you weren't clear with the trend you picked and the examples. Your cloudy description landed you here, despite the beautiful look.
Ladyliver: The trend could give or take but the outfit is actually what landed you here. The judges all agreed that it was too boring and the colors and embroidery elderly.
Is-ness: You're here because your garment was rather basic. Trimming and accessorization was nice while the silhouette left way too much to desire.
Protectedbygod: The judges saw where you were going, but high hem and stockings made your outfit a bit too provocative.
Radical-manzanas: Unlike Protectedbygod, the judges (once again) didn't really see where you were going... Futuristic it seemed, but there's only so much one can do to turn an outfit from fashion into the unreal.
Daiseddevil: The dress is been pretty... although aging. And the trend "embroidery on a dress" is nothing exclusive to recentness.
Pkdesigner: The judges didn't respond well to this because of the repetitious color scheme... and unfortunately the silhouettes seemed uniform-like and unflattering too.
Jadexx: The judges simply thought that the trend was expressed too subtly... the print on the back is very hard to read and the sleeves and collar came off as obnoxious next to the corset.

DETERMINATION

Because next challenge starts S1 Semifinals, there winner will only receive immunity.

CRITIQUE

Deep-and-meaningless: This seemed to be a nod towards Dior couture with its beautiful, origami-esque shapes. The discs could've best been represented if there weren't so many jetting off the shoulder, and the entire dress would've seemed more melodious without the bubble. Nonetheless it was a stunning work of art and surely haute couture.

Senakiss: An unbelievable comeback from last week. This was the best received bubble this week. The judges admired that the dress was the main event while smart accessorization actually made the look. Indeed this was a standard bubble cocktail dress, but a beautiful look in the end.

F0xr0x: Surprisingly, most of your peers felt that creating couture dresses and gowns would propel them through this challenge. You were the only one to create SIMLPLY a jacket, and a beautiful one at that. The usage of the red fur is innovative, luscious, and fashionable. Possibly a miniskirt or something more with the shoes would've made the jacket pop even more.

Chudamerr: Couture and gorgeous. The hood combined with all of the ruffles cum sparkle could've shouted student-made disaster but instead bloomed into a stunning, Voguish and editorial sight. From silhouette to pose to accessorization, this look made the judges' mouths water.

Kar-tastic: Another stunning feat from Kar-tastic. Incroyable were the silhouette and smart, sophisticated embroidery while intriguing and elegant were the accessories therewith. If the single buttoned collar-like front seemed oblique, the rest of the look came off as raw talented innovation.

Enigmamoshi16: All silhouettes were gorgeous (maybe save the super-crumple skirt). You could've used more or different color especially in the shoes and accessorization. But the judges recognize that you've established yourself as a force to be reckoned with.

And now to focus on the lower scored pieces.

Is-ness: This wasn't creative enough in terms of silhouette... If the skirt was voluminously elegant (at best) the bust could've been more creative.

Leahhaunnshee: The bolero was nice, although conventional and common. And unfortunately, you paired it with a dress that was neither innovative or intriguing. Rather, it came off as a washed idea and simple in theory.

Hollidae: The dress was a tube with flowers put on. The challenge was to innovate with silhouette but all the judges could see was indeed a look that amounted to a tube accessorized, although prettily, with flowers.

Dragon-hacker: The transparent lace fabric over the outfit was nice, but from model stylization to the actual bandeau-and-skirt outfit with boots came off as distasteful and retro. And there wasn't a hint of new silhouette either.

Bluecranberries: The accessories were great and the silhouette was interesting. One problem: In real life this would look slutty. Too high was the slit and too expansive was the keyhole on the bust. Overall, however, this has potential.

Radical-manzanas: The judges saw that you tried in your innovation but in real life leather bubbles would not look as chic as you insist. Innovation doesn't need to slap people rudely across the face.

Siawo: This didn't seem tasteful either... A dress that should've been ethereal and truthful instead came off as prommy and uncreative. The silhouette is very common too, save the poof sleeves that honestly shouldn't have been there in the first place.

Aniron-mornie: Overall the piece was veritable if you ignore the fact that the innovation in the outfit lies within already-taken ideas. A high hem with a back flap towards the bottom paired with poofing sleeves. Sexy yet elegant, however this look could've been taken farther.

L-luzi-l: The hem of the skirt ends at the perfectly wrong spot. The dress came off as motherly and the shape isn't creative either. The outfit could've been crutched by killer accessories but was instead was further inflamed by arbitrary ornamentation.

Good evening, designers.

Your challenge was to design for a punk and/or goth crowd while keeping the fashion chic and wearable.

Before we begin the show, I would like to start off the results with two bulletins:

Jesszcar's design: It was clearly interesting... the "chic" element wasn't really there. But we liked the fact that you used various materials and used the punky adornments... although some felt cliche (such as the X netting). It was an obvious goth outfit, nonetheless.

Let's start with your critiques first.

CRITIQUE

Deep-and-meaningless: Gorgeous couture gown! Not only is the skirt on this uber-dramatic and romantic, but the bust is spectacular and well crafted. A little color, through accessorization or stylization, would've popped this into perfection.

Italygermanboy: Although there wasn't a supremely goth feel in your garment, it touched base with what too many of your peers lacked: sophistication. Lace was a beautiful decision for fabric for the top and the enlarged belt made your look stand out even more.

Kar-tastic: This was simply stunning. It embodied what we wanted to see in this challenge: Chic goth. The colors are excellent as are the sleek yet edgy silhouettes. And the hair and styling was a welcome accoutrement to this magnificent solution.

Oipanda: It retained a goth feel while exuding a colorful frivolity. Ingenious was the silhouette: A simple tube pushed to another demention with a one-sleeved top. As it was edgy goth, this piece didn't have to take itself too seriously.

Jadexx: It was a jacket that could easily be seen in The Matrix. She went with an all black trench jacket with an interesting, innovative silhouette that propelled her into the top three. And despite this feeling the slightest stagey, it was a submission well accomplished.

L-luzi-l: Most of what was said about Jadexx's submission is repeated here. The two belts popped the jacket and the collar was cool and innovative. The chaining on the hem was a bit much, though.

F0xr0x: The look was altogether beautiful and editorial. The dress seemed to work a little more than the jacket; so while the dress was studded, chic and beautiful, the jacket, while strong and dramatic, may have overshadowed the dress. But the looks of the two, although in need of separation, were stunning.

And now for the bottom critiques.

Senakiss: There was too much shout and not enough silhouette... It seemed like a rather basic corseted tube dress, adorned with black and white socks and warmers which were *also* adorned with chains. Goth was there while sophistication was not.

Semihmetin: The dress with the skirt seems beautiful and couture, but once she took it off the sophistication was lost. The skirt is too short and adorned too much, whether with netting or sparkle, too much to the point where the chic criterion was overshadowed. On the other hand, the idea is definitely laudable...

Bleedingbird: The black netting seemed to be the only clear goth element to this look. The red gloves were nice, but the actual dress lacked both edge and chic. The bows were nice but combined with the pale yellow, pouffe sleeves and the slightly bouffant skirt, the dress added up to be a little too homely.

Roxyguitarz: Goth is definitely seen through stylization, accessorization and color. The chic was, on the other hand, obfuscated: a rich and regal adornment on the corset yet an all-too-short, albeit diagonally cut, skirt. The concept isn't terrible but taste-wise this could have used some refinement.

Luai-lashire: The silhouette of the top was cool... the top combined with a cinching corset belt. Colors and accessorization wise, on the other hand, seemed to veer the look off into an anime-ish, martial world. Picking off the bad decisions in accessorization, however, the judges were left with a top that seemed both chic and edgy enough.

Recluse57: The silhouettes were rather standard and skirt, combined with the red and black, came off as demure rather than edgy. Time and thought was put into this, but in the end the judges felt the look, down to adornment, was rather predictable.

Louise1691: The gown felt too conceptual. The judges were eluded in how this was goth, save the netting and dark colors towards the top. And as this is a couturesque gown, we didn't even see a hint of chic in this either.

Chouzax: The dress is well inspired for gothic architecture, but we asked for gothic/punk theme, not architectural inspiration. And excluding the lack of gothic inspiration, the dress seemed too saclike with a criss-cross top. The judges wanted a little more thought put into this, as the challenge was indeed clear enough to understand...

Good evening designers,

and welcome to the results of the first challenge of Le Beau Monde Season Two. The judges and I are thrilled that there was such a massive turn out this season, with no less than forty designers participating therein.

You were asked to create a uniform for an older teenager who attends a very fashionable academy. A jacket was required of this uniform, and whether you chose to pair it with a dress or other separates was up to you.

Now before we proceed into the results, let me state that there were over FORTY PARTICIPANTS. Links to the designs will come later and we are going to lay low with critiques for the first few weeks as well because we're dealing with so many designs.

*APPLAUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*

Roxyguitarz: The silhouettes of your design were great. The side-buttoned jacket and miniskirt actually looked rather believable as a uniform, professional (although seriously revealing in the leg area). The colors and monotony thereof made the look feel rather aviatorial, and stylization seems to point to a woman older than eighteen. Save those missteps and you had a stunning first showing.

Protectedbygod: The jacket is really great looking. The burberry you incorporated into your uniform was unexpected and intriguing; a risk worth taking. Your model looked sophisticated yet relaxed (once she took off the jacket). The stylization strayed from the youth of a teenager, however. But the overall outfit was sophisticated.

Deep-and-meaningless: Your colors and silhouettes were excellent. The pink ruffled top was youthful and sophisticated, especially paired with the oddly perfect pant. Disconcerting was the idea that your outfit possessed both a skirt and pant, despite the fact that the challenge entailed only one complete look. On the other hand, you successfully achieved your look while satisfying all criteria.

Daiseddevil: Even though the silhouettes were conventional, your look possessed the academic youth that we were looking for in this challenge. The entire look was cool, chic and studious. Scrap the way-to-tricky bag and the look was on its way to perfection.

Enigmamoshi16: Daring was your pairing of plaid bermudas with a yellow jacket and blouse. The risk evaded risque and acquired a funky sophistication that all other competitors lacked. The leggings on the look on the left seemed extraneous and less beneficial than simply repeating the bermuda, but the scarf and trench help up with the rest of your excellent submission.

Blueeyescrynomore: The silhouettes and details of everything were gorgeous. The color story is sophisticated and uniform-like while stylization and details make the entire look youthful and academic. If the pose wasn't totally flattering to your model, it was the overall look that really impressed us.

Chudamerr: The outfit minus the jacket seems a little cartoonish in detail. The hat could've been done without along with the abundance of stripes. But with the jacket, this turned into a fantastic, almost magic-like, look that entranced your peers. The jacket was excellent enough to propel you to the top eight.

Is-ness: You also had strong silhouette. Having a stripe adorn the jacket, top AND skirt seemed like a misstep; any more stripes and it was an anime boarding-school uniform. But because of the details, shapes, and especially button placement, you stand out amongst your peers.

And now for the bottom.

Aniron-mornie, leahhaunnshee, dacendaren, luai-lashire, recluse57, alexseth, crater-arachnei, dragon-hacker, and thomas23skidoo,

three of you will be eliminated.

Aniron-mornie: The colors seemed odd, but the silhouettes were cool. On the other hand, they weren't fitting for an academic uniform. This seemed more like a day outfit instead of a functional uniform, but we can see that you have plenty of potential. This was simply a misstep.

Leahhaunnshee: Like aniron-mornie, we see potential in you. The jacket silhouette was definitely new, although not so flattering. The color scheme and details (such as the belt) felt rather infantile and unsuited for an older teen.

Dacendaren: This was uncolored. The judges also felt that you could've delved more into silhouettes that aren't so traditional... This just didn't seem like something you had time for, but that's fine.

Luai-lashire: The jacket silhouette was definitely laudable, along with the cincher. However, the jacket would've had a lot more bang for its buck if it wasn't plagued with the teeny obnoxious buttons. The garment going under seemed basic but this wasn't a seriously disarming misstep on your part.

Recluse57: The accessorization is decent although the hair shouldn't have been white. The colors combined with silhouette aged your model. Instead of looking modern and sophisticated, it came off as rather retro. The silhouettes are smart, though.

Alexseth: You also have potential, just there is barely any stylization or accessorization that would complete the not-so-interesting jacket. The basic miniskirt and blouse didn't help either, but the bottons and colors are nice.

Crater-arachnei: You took it too far... how could this be a uniform? Is the jacket fanning out? The colors are rather over-the-top. The boots are odd and although we like the casualness of the look without the jacket, this didn't seem like your challenge.

Dragon-hacker: Impressive was the effort that's clearly in your submission. On the other hand, the outfit didn't seem like a uniform. The look gave off a pious, religious vibe instead of a chic and academic ardor. But this was surely a great effort...

Thomas23skidoo: Although execution isn't a factor in the judging, designers need to illustrate things as to project what they want to say. This also didn't seem like much of a uniform... the silhouettes seem intriguing, but we couldn't really understand the colors or how this would translate into a trendy teen's uniform.
